Coil Car

We are able to offer to manufacturers and end customers loading / unloading coil cars to feed decoilers/recoilers on coil processing lines. The maximum capacity is 30 tons. The cradle loading platform can be equipped with different options (idle or motorized rollers) or covered with scratch-proof material.

Dispenser Pallet

We manufacture automatic pallet dispensers to be inserted into production lines, to continuously feed the production process. The dispensers are tailor-made according to the various types of pallet provided by the Customer in the designing phase.

Coil Tilter

We design and manufactures tilters for coils of different materials built to the customer’s specifications and based on the weight and diameter of the coil to be overturned. The system is also able to overturn palletized slits bundles on, from horizontal axis to vertical axis and vice versa.

Slitting Tool Storage

We have developed a new application: a rational and orderly system for the storage of slitting blades and tooling in the nearby of the slitter, finally leaving floors and fixed shelving free from clutter. The storage is equipped with six rotating shelves, suitably equipped for the ordered storage of the blades and covered in nylon to ensure a high degree of protection of the same. Blades up to a maximum external of mm. 400 can be stored. The system can be implemented with the addition of two manually operating turnstiles for the storage of steel spacers.

Pick & Place Device

We are able to design and manufacture suction cup transfer gantries for different materials and formats, depending on the needs of our Customers. The suction cup system is the ideal solution to handle sheets, panels or slabs of amagnetic material respecting their integrity and surfaces. The system allows the transfer of materials within a production line completely automatically. The transfer can also act as a destacker or stacker, taking the single sheet from the package and placing it in the next machine for subsequent processing.

Sheet Bundlers Stackers

Installed downstream of an automatic sheet bundles packaging line, this in-line hydraulically operated stacker maximizes the storage capacity of the final product by overlapping several palletized packages of the same size on top of each other.

The maximum lifting capacity is 10.000 kg.

Pallet-Bundler Coupling Device

Installed downstream of an automatic sheet bundles packaging line, this device allows to automatically couple a pallet with a bare bundle that is exiting the line.
